Terms and Conditions

Refund and Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an RMA# to return items for refund or exchange. Exclusions and terms apply. Please read carefully below for details.

If your item is defective or in need of warranty service or repair, contact the manufacturer directly for resolution. DO NOT send defective or warranty items back to us. If you need help contacting a manufacturer, please email us at joseph@credoarms.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards or Gift Certificates
  • Liquids (Fretboard Oil, Guitar Polish, etc.)
  • Media (CDs, DVDs, Books, etc.)
  • Personal Protective equipment (Ear Plugs, Ear Muffs, Masks, Glasses, etc.)
  • Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, Jaw Harps, Whistles
  • Any opened, modified, or previously installed parts (guitar parts, etc.)
  • Any Other Opened Consumable Item (Woodwind Reeds, Picks, Strings, etc.)

To complete your return, please contact us to receive an RMA# at joseph@credoarms.com prior to shipping items back to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that has been opened or has damaged packaging
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any return request that is received more than 14 calendar days after delivery
  • Restocking fees are determined on an individual basis depending on the specific circumstances at the sole discretion of Credo Guitar

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or if any restocking fees apply.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days. Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund with 5 business days, please contact us at joseph@credoarms.com.

Closeout & Used Items

Closeout items are sold as “all sales final” and no returns or refunds are offered unless there is an issue caused by Credo Guitar.

Our standard return policy applies to all used items, but used items must be returned in their original condition or a restocking fee will apply.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with the exact same item. Please email us at joseph@credoarms.com to request an RMA# prior to shipping items back for exchange.

Gifts

All refunds are credited to the original payment method. If a refund is required, it will be credited to the original payment method, regardless of who returns the item.

Exchanges for alternate gift items are evaluated on an individual basis. Please contact us at joseph@credoarms.com for gift exchange requests.
